Face Lift Before & After Case 184

A lower facelift and neck muscle tightening procedure(platysmaplasty) was performed to recontour this patient's neck.  This reduced her neck "bands" and smoothed her skin laxity.  She was very happy with her improvement and that we avoided an over pulled look.
