Blepharoplasty for Women Before & After Case 205

This patient was bothered by increasing lower lid puffiness, giving her a tired look.  She noted progression over several years.  Lower lid Blepharoplasty with transposition of her prolapsed fat (the fatty bulge causing the puffy look) over the rim of the eye socket.  This effectively smoothed the area out while maintaining natural contours to the area.
