Blepharoplasty for Women Before & After Case 203

This patient disliked her lower lid "bags" and was concerned they would slowly worsen.  She also noted shadowing and some hollowing under the eye.  She underwent transconjunctival Blepharoplasty(internal lid hidden approach) with fat transposition (spreading out the prominent fat over the rim of the eye socket) to yield this outcome.
