This nice patient did not like the puffy appearance of her under eye area and was also seeking to subtly reduce the upper lid skin fold.  She underwent office-based conservative upper eyelid blepharoplasty along with transconjunctival (hidden incision internal lower lid surgery) to improve the contour of the lower lid and reduce the fat bulge.
