Blepharoplasty for Women Before & After Case 154

This patient had attempted to improve her lower lid puffiness previously with fillers but wasn't happy with her results.  She was first treated with enzyme injections to degrade residual filler and then lower eyelid hidden incision blepharoplasty to reduce the prominence of the lower lid fat pads.
